Terms of delivery of the apartment
Apartments in Konsol Samgori are sold in a green frame, cosmetically renovated condition.
Which includes:

- Interior wall plastering
When can I start the repair?
The apartment in Console Samgori will be delivered for renovation in July 2026.
Materials used
The construction process used a 9-chamber energy-efficient block and a metal composite panel on the facade.
We use travertine natural stone and metal composite panels for the facade, and tempered glass on the balconies.
